REFLECTION

I have learned so much in this course. While I was hesitatant at first, I found that I did learn a lot. I found it interesting that administrators do action research plans and gather data to decide which direction to go when making decisions. I had no idea that administrators started with wondering, gathered data, and then put together a plan for change. I found this to be a useful tool that I will be using in the future.

My only problem is that I found it difficult to get cooperation from peers. It is a busy time of year and no one really wants to help. In my opinion, a good action research project is one where everyone collaborates and it becomes a team project.
